Brooklyn Beckham Appears to Skip David's Birthday Party Amid Reported Drama

David Beckham celebrated his milestone 50th birthday with a star-studded bash in London, although it seems his son Brooklyn Peltz Beckham reportedly did not attend amid alleged family drama.

David marked the festive occasion with a Saturday, May 3, party at London’s Core restaurant, where he was joined by wife Victoria Beckham and their children Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13, in photos obtained by the Daily Mail. Romeo and Cruz’s respective girlfriends, Kim Turnbull and Jackie Apostel, also made appearances at the bash.

Brooklyn, 26, and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, were not seen in any of the party photos, prompting speculation about their whereabouts. Neither Brooklyn, Nicola, 30, David nor Victoria, 51, has publicly addressed the guest list. Us Weekly has reached out for comment.

Victoria, meanwhile, celebrated her spouse’s birthday with multiple social media tributes.

“When I look at this video, I think, ‘Wow… how lucky am I!!’” Victoria wrote via Instagram on Friday, May 2, sharing a montage of family memories. “You’re everything I could have dreamed of and more. Happy 50th @davidbeckham!!! I love you and our beautiful family endlessly. You complete me.”

David and Victoria Beckham’s family has had its fair share of good times and low points. The couple tied the knot in 1999, the same year they welcomed their first son, Brooklyn Peltz Beckham. David and Victoria later expanded their family with sons Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper in 2002, 2005 and 2011, respectively. […]

In addition, Brooklyn and Nicola are based in Los Angeles, while his parents and siblings split time between Miami and London.

Before any reported drama, Brooklyn had been candid about their deep sibling bond.

“It was nice to grow up with siblings so close to my age, we are very close,” he told Hong Kong Vogue in 2022. “Harper is the loudest, Cruz is the funniest and Romeo is the most energetic. I love cooking and watching football with my dad. My mum has always had a house of boys until Harper, I love spending time with them together.”

The following year, Brooklyn exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that David and Victoria’s long-lasting marriage inspired his own.

“My dad was just always [like] look, ‘Just always treat her like a princess,’” Brooklyn told Us in September 2023. “[He said,] ‘Just talk and have fun. Enjoy each other and just work and do your guys’ thing. I think one of the most important things that you can do in your life is find someone and don’t let ’em go. I married my best friend, so it’s just easy, fun.”
