Jane Lauder to Step Down from ELC at the End of the Year

Estée Lauder Companies’ Chief Data Officer and Executive Vice President of Enterprise Marketing, Jane Lauder, will resign at the end of the year. She will remain on the board and continue to be a key shareholder.

Jane Lauder intends to support the company’s “transformational change” as an advisor throughout the fiscal year. She spent 28 years at ELC serving in multiple leadership roles, including serving as Global Brand President for Clinique, Darphin, Ojon, and Origins.

She is credited with expanding Clinique’s digital sales and she launched the Clinique Clinical Reality diagnostic tool. At Origins, Jane Lauder led the development for the Plantscription and Ginzing product lines.

Since then, she has accelerated innovation strategies, including the deployment of AI and ground-breaking technology tools. These tools have advanced gathering and application methods for consumer insights, trends, and high-touch experiences.
