Peter Diamantidis on the power of consistency

After getting his start in property as a 15-year-old, Peter Diamantidis has forged a path as one of the industry’s most dominant agents, closing 334 transactions last year.

Since joining Ray White, Peter has grown his business to four offices in St Marys, St Clair, Rooty Hill and Mount Druitt and was awarded the top #1 international agent for the group.

In this interview with Ray White Head of Performance and Recognition, Bianca Denham, Peter talks about the power of being consistent and never giving up if you want to grow your real estate career.

Peter discusses why his morning routine is a critical part of his success, how he’s been able to scale up his business and the one non-negotiable for his staff.

He also talks about how he’s able to find a good work-life balance, the biggest mistake agents make and why you must always think long-term.

“Salespeople will often try something for three months and if it doesn’t work they’ll stop or they’ll move areas. But if you look at every success story, they would probably fail first but continue to push forward. You’ve got to give it time. If I didn’t give it years, where would I be? If you just keep doing the same thing over and over, it’s going to work.” – Peter Diamantidis

Bianca and Peter also discuss:

  • The one non-negotiable that gets your day started on the right foot.
  • How a consistent morning routine can dramatically boost your results.
  • The power of growing your staff from the ground up and putting time into training.
  • The most effective way for principals to share leads that come into the office.
  • How to create a work-life balance when you sell over 300 homes per year
  • The important reason you shouldn’t answer your phone at 8pm at night.
  • Why long-term relationship building will help drive your business further and get you glowing reviews.
  • The biggest mistake that people make that is hurting their careers.
