Will Torres has announced the acquisition of a new headquarters for Torres Property in Coorparoo, marking a significant milestone in the agency’s growth journey.
As Torres Property prepares to open the doors of its new headquarters in January 2025, the move represents more than just physical expansion.
Mr Torres’s journey began when he arrived in Australia at the age of five, spending nearly two decades in public housing.
Starting his real estate career as a co-agent in 2003, Mr Torres worked tirelessly to build his expertise.
By 2009, he became a fully licensed real estate agent, and in 2018, he launched Torres Property with a vision to create an agency that embodied quality, service and excellence.
“Starting with limited resources and big dreams, this new headquarters symbolises how far we’ve come,” Mr Torres said.
“It’s not just about a new building; it’s about embracing the growth we’ve achieved and laying the foundation for an even more impactful future.”
Mr Torres’s inspiring journey to becoming a leading figure in Brisbane’s real estate market underscores the power of resilience and community support.
“Brisbane welcomed me and offered opportunities that shaped who I am today,” Mr Torres said.
“Our new headquarters is a way to honour the city that has given me so much.
“We’re excited to continue contributing to Brisbane’s growth and helping people achieve their real estate dreams.”
The new headquarters is set to become a hub for innovation, collaboration, and community events.
Torres Property plans to continue its tradition of community engagement, including sponsorships of local schools and sports clubs, charitable donations, and environmentally responsible practices.
“Our new headquarters is a milestone that we share with everyone who has supported us,” Mr Torres said.
“It’s proof that starting small doesn’t limit how big you can dream.
“We look forward to welcoming everyone to our new home in Coorparoo and continuing to make a positive impact in the real estate industry.”
